A Cocktail party will be held on Friday night March 2nd to open the exhibition and announce the winner of the Art Prize. Entry is free for exhibiting artists to the cocktail party. Student entries will be announced earlier in the afternoon at a ceremony at the Harrow Discovery Centre (a gold coin donation is always welcome).

Artwork entries must remain on site for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibition will close on Sunday May 6th, 2018. Artwork will remain for sale at the Harrow Discovery Centre for the duration of the 2 months.

Unsold artworks must be collected in the week after the closure date. If an artist is unable to collect their work, prior arrangements must be made and submitted in writing to the Harrow Discovery Centre.

All freight and courier arrangements must be made prior to the exhibition closing, notifying the Harrow Discovery Centre.

Any work not collected after May 13th will no longer be the responsibility of The First XI 1868 Inc or the Harrow Discovery Centre.
